Overview

HappyFox is Ysleta ISD’s online platform for submitting IT support requests. Staff can log in, choose a category like Tech Central, describe their issue or request, and submit a ticket for review by the Service Desk team.

 

Step-by-Step Instructions

 

Accessing HappyFox:

  • Visit: Home - Ysleta ISD - powered by HappyFox
  • You can also access this site from the YISD Quick Links under Tech Links → TIS Technical Support (HappyFox).

 

 

 

 

 

Submitting a Request:

 

On the HappyFox homepage, click “Login” in the upper-right corner.

 

 

After logging in, select “Submit Ticket.”

 

 

From the Category drop-down menu, choose Tech Central.

Select the requested Device, Type, and Quantity.

 

 

 

Provide a description with the necessary details:

Information and specifications of the existing device (if applicable). The name of the individual who will be assigned the requested device.

Select Create Ticket.

 

 

 

 

Once the ticket is submitted, the Service and Support team will review it and work to fulfill the request or notify the user if there are any availability delays.
